GRIFFO COLD BREW

A damn good coffee liqueur starts with a damn good roast. That’s why we partnered with Equator Coffees & Teas to pair their premium Mocha Java Blend with our five-times distilled vodka. The result is a rich and smooth spirit with chocolate and berry on the palate, and a long-lasting caramel finish. Damn, that’s good.

STONY POINT WHISKEY

Great spirits come from great ingredients. We mill organic corn and rye directly into our kettle and keep the grains in through distillation. This crafts a soft and nutty, corn palate with a spicy rye finish. We then age the whiskey in local barrels with both American and French oak to tune the curve and balance the spirit. Average current age is 3 years.

“Stony Point stands out from many new, young whiskeys. This whiskey is fresh and grain-forward, with its corn and cereal notes allowed to shine but that lovely rye spice coming through on the finish.”

WHOLE LOTTA SUNSHINE

You know when you don’t see the perfect drink on the cocktail list so you ask the bartender to make you something special and they absolutely nail it?  That’s a Whole Lotta Sunshine. It is like running through a field of wildflowers into a citrus grove directly followed by a spontaneous splash in the Pacific Ocean.  With uplifting grapefruit, light floral notes and the perfect touch of Amaro this balanced spritzer is sure to be a summertime (or literally anytime) favorite. Like California in a can.

TOMALES COLLINS

When we think back to the early days of the distillery we remember our first events and our first cocktail, the Tomales Collins. It is our spin on the classic Tom Collins, this refreshing, lightly sweet and sour drink was a crowd pleaser from the very beginning. Crafted with Griffo’s award winning Scott Street Gin, fresh lemon and blood orange juice, and a dash of cardamom clove syrup. Now you don’t have to be at the distillery to enjoy this Griffo cocktail and taste a part of our Sonoma County story!  (Bonus points if you enjoy it near Tomales Bay)
